Overall it was good! I wish that they would overestimate closing costs, there were some times they underestimated then it was way more but then at the end closing costs were low! So it was kind of a roller coaster. LOVED their communication!...

I think there could have been better communication overall. There were multiple times that we were told we needed to get documentation or have something signed either same day or given a few hours to complete or risk pushing the start date...
