Karol made it great quick and easy

Karol was very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to close my loan on a very short notice and 2 week deadline.

I would have preferred we had upfront expectations about the loan process and requirements. I received a lot of assurances it would go through but was sending in documents in duplicate, having new requirements pop up multiple times and things...
