We had a complicated loan that some loan officers perhaps wouldn't have wanted to deal with. But Chester saw our vision and worked extra hard to make it become a reality. He went above and beyond and we are so grateful.

James, it was a pleasure working with you and getting this done for you. I know it is hard sometimes to adjust to"traditional lending" when you are used to a private investor loan. The timeline is definitely a little longer with the regulations...
