I was unsure about discussing the rates over the phone since im a visual learner and have some auditory processing issues so I was given multiple options by written loan estimate and able to proceed with the transaction on my own time.

Cliff and Nancy were very helpful and friendly. Cliff always took the time to explain everything to us whenever we had questions, and he was available even on weekends. Everything was very smooth. We would recommend them to anyone.
