Elvin was very professional and attentive to our needs. We communicated primarily by texts or talking on the phone. He responded to all my texts in a timely manner if not right away. We got our through the refinancing process with ease.

Jason kept me informed during the entire process from pre-approval through the day the loan was funded and we closed escrow. There was a quick turnaround If there were any answers or documents needed from myself or escrow.

Great communication and I loved the fact that Ron Explained everything in detail so I can understand it. He answered every question I had In detail and he was always super nice and professional. He never made me feel like I was bothering him...
