On the positive side, Melissa was generally very responsive. I would her high marks for responding generally pretty quickly. However, as a first time buyer, she seemed aggravated by certain questions or if she was asked to explain certain processes....

Important documents were frequently missed managed. Repeatedly we were asked to re-submit information. Important. There were also several misunderstandings about terms/definition of terms related to the loan that were poorly explained. Perhaps...
