It was such a smooth process. I did not expect to be able to close on a house in less than 6 months let alone 3. I am very pleased with the support provided by Melissa and the Envoy team, and appreciate the short response-time to questions...

That they communicated by text as well as calls and emails. Text notifications were really appreciated because sometimes I would be at work and unable to check emails but could quickly check texts.
