Josh had a way to personally connect with us, which I truly appreciate in this digital world. We moved from Australia back to Illinois. There was a significant time difference, but I always knew I could contact him at any time.

Alan was very helpful throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions and relayed any important information in a timely manner. He made the process seem very simple.
