Great communicator and always available

Alan is very friendly and keeps you up to date informed on everything going on. I would recommend him as well as Draper and Kramer to anyone!

Fred knew how important this was for me and went out of his way to keep me informed on progress and explain things clearly. It was a great comfort to me knowing this was important to himself as well.

As a first time home buyer the whole process was new to us. Alan walked us through every step and answered the phone every time we had a question. He was great to work with.
