Everything went extremely smoothly and quite quickly. Everyone seemed to be on top of everything that was needed!

Transparency and ease through the entire process.

I've worked with several mortgage companies before I met Jim and I can see the entire process was smooth and enjoyable (two things I would not put together normally when dealing with a refinance).

Bruce was very patient, communicative, and reassuring during our refinance process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a broker.
