I enjoyed working with Jim to refinance my house. He always updated and answered my questions throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate his professionalism and great customer service.
Working with Rodrigo wasn’t an issue he was great to work with and patient. I didn’t necessarily appreciate the underwriting. We played phone tag during the whole process.
