Great teamwork by all; very prompt getting the refi done in this very busy market.

The process from start to finish was really smooth. There were no a delays, and Josh and his team made themselves available on the weekends and in the evenings for quick turn around on pre-approval letters, etc.

As a new homeowner, I appreciated the communication, education, and excellent service from the entire team. All aspects of the process were professional, prompt, and attentive. Great experience!

The only thing that could have been better is telling me to cancel my autopay on my existing loan with more anticipation. I'm not out quite a bit of money which I have to have refunded. I'm told its routine but still causes stress and anxiety...
