Everyone on the team was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Sometimes at strange hours of the day an night and regardless of weekday or weekend. I would be afraid of them burning out because they don’t seem to ever be offline.
Whenever I had a question, he, Alan, always responded. He even let me know when he had personal business to attend to and said he would still be available.
