The ease and speed. I think someone needs to tweak the website tho.

Greg and his team communicated everything so well! Each stage of the process was clear and made as simple and efficient as possible. My loan situation wasn't straight forward but thanks to Greg, it was a breeze.

Although we had a lot of hurdles to jump because of life circumstances, the team always was looking for ways to speed up our process and give us resources to be better fitted for the loans.

Everything!! Love you guys:)

Greg helped me on my refi, getting me a great deal and communicating so well throughout the process. He was you through all the options and explains everything in clear, common sense language. I've done two other mortgages with other lenders...

Good communication on documents needed to get to an approval. Closing day was painless with the closer coming to our house at a convenient time.

Cathy was terrific but the lender was less then satisfactory.

Jim is truly one of a kind. He was so patient with us throughout the whole refinancing process! Without his guidance and attentiveness, we wouldn’t be where we are. A true blessing!
