Roy and his team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
App, emails, and texts made it easy to know what paperwork needed to be submitted and easy to do so.
Having a consistent point person would be helpful. Too many people from your team were sending emails that sometimes were duplicates or worse, conflicting info. It was very confusing and seemed to result in things getting missed. Otherwise,...
