Communication and professionalism.

Roy was quick to respond and gave detailed answers to all my inquiries. He made sure the process was moving along so it would be in time for closing and worked to make sure I got a firm rate in a time with a lot fluctuation.

Understanding my needs And responds very quickly And being honest

We were in a situation that was time sensitive and it seemed like they worked endlessly to get us taken care of. They were always keeping us up to date on what needed to be done.

Very professional, accurate and good service.

Jim and Team did an amazing job communicating throughout the entire process. They answered all of our questions thoroughly and were available at any point to assist. I would highly recommend to anyone in search of a mortgage lender.
