Lack of communication.
Constantly changing numbers.
Numbers changed at least 7 times.
Even 1 day before closing.
Made it easy and simple for my first time buying a home. Guided me through everything and made it happen !
Jim is absolutely AMAZING. I've worked with him for quite sometime now, and he's so knowledgeable and thorough and always looking out for me. Appreciate him so much, 10/10 always recommend him.
