Lisa always answered email and calls right back. From the start she had me get all the info needed for the mortgage process..she is definitely on top of her profession.

I hadn't purchased a home in many years and consequently had numerous questions throughout the process. Barbara and Erica did an excellent job answering them quickly and courteously. Would happily work with them again.

Process was straight forward

From pre-approval to the closing table, everything was SIMPLE! We were kept informed throughout the entire process.
