Nicole was beyond efficient. Excellent communication throughout the process. Very patient as well when I ran into a computer glitch with a form.

Process was clear and easy to follow. Nicole and team were wonderful to work with.

Closing date was moved due to technical error on Envoy's part. When it moved, it created the need to re-verify employment during the holiday break, which was done at the last minute. Also, we had to visit the lawyers office twice on the date...

Nicole was available every time we had question and made a process easy and transparent. Highly recommend!
