Efficient communication and information sharing. Quick turn-around time when I asked questions. Locked in for a relatively low interest rate that worked for me. Worked with my travel schedule to ensure a timely closing.

Multiple credit checks, multiple pay checks until some bean counter got the numbers they wanted to deny our grant request. Frustratingly long.
