More communication and follow up.Emails to verify employment were sent late Friday afternoon when closing was on Tuesday. I feel this should have been done months ago.Closing costs was provided at 3:35pm Monday and had to be submitted before...

Kyle Hicks was very efficient and proficient. We never had an issue getting in touch with him or him getting back with us in a timely manner. He made our first time as being a home owner very pleasant. We would definitely recommend him.
