Communication. It was limited an sporadic throughout the process.

Erin was so helpful and responsive. She took time to understand and answer every question I had and it was obvious she genuinely cared about my loan and home buying process. She put in extra time and effort to get me a fantastic interest rate....

Dale was supposed to contact me but never did. I never spoke with the company even though I kept receiving emails that a connection was going to be made.
