The speed at which the mortgage closed from the beginning of the process to the end. The other part was the great communication understanding what documents were required and when.

Working with Vincent was a pleasure.

It was a super smooth transaction from start to finish.

Very efficient and on time with all aspects regarding the transaction. Mortgage is a huge part of the real estate transaction and this was handled with extreme care.

Excellent communication and step by step instructions

Gene is very friendly. My situation was not typical, but he stayed with it until we were able to secure the loan. He is knowledgeable about NYS real estate law and that was very reassuring for me as a new resident.

Gene pretty much explained every step of the mortgage process to me, even what the seller should be doing. As a first-time home buyer I didn't know what to expect and really what questions to ask. Gene is extremely helpful.

Gene made the whole house buying process less scary for us. He is very knowledgeable and reliable. He was available whenever we had questions and explained everything clearly.

10/10 Mark is the best
