Tanner was great. Only issue that frustrated me was all the extra nonsense information that underwriting needed at the last moment. Some of which were documents that don’t exsist for business owners.

Tanner was solid, he answered all of our questions as nervous first time homebuyers. Honestly he was exactly what we needed, and work hard for us. Others turned us away because my wife had little credit history, and I had bad credit history...

Two-way communication was very good with Tanner, as well as his staff. The entire process to refinance was very smooth.

Very helpful. Helped us get through the process as quickly as possible.
