More input with the underwriting department. I felt like a lot of the info was a little overwhelming. I originally have loans with the company, but felt like my good standing with you was not apparent.

easy, smooth, quick. Concierge 1 week prior closing took care of the utilities and the info for moving into new property. That was a extra plus
