This is my 2nd time getting my mortgage through Matt. The entire process from beginning to end was just as simple as my first time. The portal was very super friendly and everyone on the team was very responsive and helpful.

The only thing that made it ok was an aggressive and condescending tone from another employee. And when I called her out she could have simply apologized and say she didn’t mean it instead of denying what I experienced. That was just one experience...
