Kim has been very easy to communicate with and is great at responding in a timely matter. She has also explained each process in a detailed manner, i would highly recommend her.

Whenever I had a question, Fred responded faster than I expected. Was easily available and always there when I had questions.

Terry answered all my questions quickly and made the loan process easy.

Open communication. Everything exsplain clearly and simply. I was please that Roy to my case and gave it his all. Never once did i feel uncomfotable

Kim was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first time purchasing a home and she made it much easier than the other loan officer I was originally using (not through Draper and Kramer) she was very responsive and explained everything...
