Kim was able to get us to closing table in under 3 weeks! The app was also helpful to upload documents to.

Kim was amazing. Our house closed in less than 30 days due to her extraordinary efforts.

Kim was overly responsive, had great insight into how to make things easier and was a real pleasure to work with. Have used her for our children's home as well as our own and highly recommend her to anyone!

Fred was great with communication. He got creative with me to get my credit score up so we could secure a better rate and guided us through the process.

I appreciate Roy, with his knowledge and experience in real estate, and his attempts to be prompt with correspondence. All the numbers and scenarios presented have been accurate and helpful. I will be back.
