Guild was great! Al Formica was godlike in this whole process!

This was my 4th home-buying escapade and by far was the easiest because of Portia and her team. They made the process smooth with their effective and consistent communication and I would highly recommend them!

Portia is awesome and I would continue to use her for any of my future no needs.

We loved how great the team was in helping us buy our first home. They answered any questions we had and was there ever step of the way.
