Sarah communicated well and almost if not everyday. But Bibi would email us items and not follow through with directly communicating with us. We had to reach her to ask questions and with Sarah she always followed up after an email or documents....

Thank you Elisa. We always strive to make our customers happy and open communication is key. I do know Bibi was out a few day for vacation and had a lot of files to follow back on. I will make it a point to speak with her on how we can do better....

Sarah was professional an on top of my file from the very start. It It was Great workingf with her, highly recommend.
