The caring professionalism, communication, swiftness, and flexibility ways of contact/being able to reach out to.

Brian's patience and communication. It often felt like I was being asked to supply the same things to Brian and Vik which was frustrating. One suggestion might be to supply a list of items that will be needed throughout the entire process.
