David's knowledge of the industry and available programs is top notch. His communication is constant and updates were provided along the way throughout the transaction. I have and will continue to refer clients to David Nelson and his team.

Cory helped me throughout every step of the process. Was always there to answer any questions that I had. Really broke stuff down and helped me understand it in ways that I needed.
