John was happy to explain my (many, many) questions and walked me through the entire process. He was patient, transparent, and professional. It felt like he had my best interest in mind.

Stephen made himself available for communication anytime the agent or buyer had a question. He was thorough in explaining everything to the client.

The beginning was great - very responsive when it came to the preapproval end of things. When things got handed off to a loan officer - is when it all fell apart. Too many hands in the file, too little communication. Requesting items the DAY...

Michael set a professional and competent tone from the beginning of our interactions. He felt he could beat loan competitors, based on the questions he asked and information we provided. His experience shined here, educating us on options....
