I believe Kevin needs more education on Texas real estate contracts. I'm not sure what else caused the lack of communication, but hopefully with more training he can do better. Overall was nice demeanor.
As A Broker & Seller I was So pleased with Michael Troia .He was updating me almost daily and sometimes More than once a day of the Progress on securing the loan to the buyers . appriciated his skill and profesional levels.
