great communication

Loan officer and agent did not communicate amongst each other very well. I felt like I was the middle man and providing information to them when they should have advised each other.

Matt made the entire process easy and helped us get the best for our budget. The use of the app made sharing of documents simple and quick! Overall, we are very impressed with his work and would recommend him to others.

Matt was responsive and honest through the process. Some of the other loan officers I spoke to at other companies were deceptive and hard to get in contact with

Being a first time homebuyer there were so many decisions & so much paperwork. The confusion & miscommunication about paperwork got really frustrating. Maybe there should be a one on one session with the loan officer & the homebuyer to educate...
