Michelle was so personal. I Never felt like a bother or another number. Answered all my questions and communication was excellent

I am satisfied

We were qouted a lower annual monthly cost for our mortgage, based off our mortgage insurance rate.It had doubled in cost to $98 a month because of an intial appraisal miscalculation.Also a personal touch was missing through out the process....

Michelle was very informative and quick to respond with questions we had asked. She made an otherwise long process run smoothly. Highly recommend her.
