Overall great experience. Mostly the frustrating issues came from the Title company, e.g. not sending guidance/instructions on the POA in a timely manner, or not sending clear instructions, etc.

Open communication

Everyone on the team was extremely friendly and very quick to respond to concerns or questions. Our real estate agent was very pleased with your service and mentioned that everyone was very organized and she will recommed you to future clients....

Communication was exceptional.
