Julian is very knowledgeable and makes himself available for all your questions and needs. He dealt with some very complex issues with my loan but ended up getting me a very good loan.

Overall it was great; the only qualification being that there were a few occasions when information requested by and sent to the originator did not make it to support staff and vice versa so there had to be duplication of effort on my end.
