Stephen and his team were instrumental in getting a complicated new build loan done correctly with an interest rate that was very competitive. He was very effective in dealing with the developer and represented my interests.

Stephen communicate with us consistently, providing updates when we needed them and thoroughly explaining the process. We had a great experience!
