Let me know up front what all you needed instead of piecemeal. I was maybe expecting it would be a little easier since I was putting 60 some percent down and had a very high credit rating Also at times I never received return phone calls

I highly recommend Ryan Tappen. He goes above and beyond. Makes sure the Buyer understands the process. This was a smooth transaction, and will use Ryan in future transactions! Thank you Ryan!

Ryan went above and beyond. I was able to talk to him any time I needed to. He was even available after business hours. He explained everything to our Buyer and made this an easy transaction.
