As a first time homebuyer, Bob did an excellent job educating me on the process, and kept me well informed on updates and concerns. All in all, the process was painless and highly informative.

There should be a category of 'Good' between 'Just OK' and 'Great'. The experience was better than OK but not Great. We had to submit the same documents several times.

Lisa made everything as easy as pie (get it... today is 3/14) and took what could have been a long and excruciating process, as most transactions are, and made it pleasant. This is my second time doing a refinance with Lisa, and I would recommend...

Stephen was responsive, knowledgeable, and forthright. I appreciate that he answered my questions promptly and I believed he helped me make well-informed decisions through this process.

Consistent communication with updates on progress, loan details, the loan process, comparative loan advice, etc. I am glad to have worked with Ryan, he was always responsive when I had questions and always had the answers I was looking for....
