Easy to use website, quick responses & communicated updates throughout the process.
Being able to get and open the documents was a constant issue, also when asking to talk to Jennifer we were always given to Matt when we wanted to talk to Jennifer.

Everything, besides me being pressured to pay off my credit cards before signing. Only to find out the title company has to pay them. So now that’s a whole thing.
