First Bank was very easy to work with. They were not pushy in any way and worked with us to get the loan approved.
Very helpful when needing specific items from me. Walked through most of the papers with me to make sure I understood everything.
Overall experience was fantastic. Everyone at first bank was wonderful to work with as well as easy to get ahold of for any questions we may have had.
Love the communication on what is going on with the refinance and really love the folders you give to the client with all the important information on the property and the new mortgage including the appraisal. Great Idea!!
