Arnold went above and beyond to work with me and exceeded all expectations. Due to my heavy travel schedule, he made arrangements to make the closing go smoothly while I was on travel out of state. Arnold is a master of his craft.

Michele was very professional and did a great job of explaining my options, the process steps, and communicating frequently. Overall, the process was very smooth.
Christopher did all he could to help get the loan process moving along. Whenever I expressed concern about the length of time the process was taking, if it was something he could help with, he jumped in to help.
