It was a fast process.

We felt like this time with your company we had to jump through outrageous hoops. It seemed like every day we needed to provide more and more information and then the information we were giving towards the end was not good enough.
Initial information great. Things changed several times and he explained why. It would have been better to stay with one person as opposed to 3-4 different people.
That no matter what I needed to ask and no matter what part of the loan I was in, I was able to talk to him and he was able to explain what I needed to do / help me.
It was not a good experience - the processor didnt know the regulations on the closing funds - made it quite stressful - information about insurance was not clear and im out $200 for the next 11 years.
It was very simple and quick, communication was very detailed and understanding. Thank you
