Continuous communication from Brian explaining each step and answering all the questions I had
Francis was able to easily explain the purpose of the program, and why he was reaching out to us. Francis also clearly explained how this refinance would benefit us. He was readily available to answer our questions.
More contact by phone on progress of the loan and info on status. Loan had been approved and all e-sign done and I didn't receive a phone call, text or email. I had to call them after waiting a week later , when they should have contacted me....
