Francis was a great help getting my loan processed. Top notch!
This process was a struggle from beginning to end. I’m trying to fix issues with operations in regards to the mess made at closing. I would not work with Planet ever again nor would I recommend it to anyone.
Quick and easy. Chris helped with any questions and was able to get all the paperwork and everything completed on time and with little issue.
I was never told to have a check ready for closing and they didnt always reply back to emails.
Very streamlined.
Chris called me out of the blue and went over my options to refinance with PHL. He always returned every call and was striaght foward till the end. 100% satisfied with the transaction and this is one coustomer PHL will be retaining.
