Every time I had a question, he was rite there to answer . Whether it was thru email or phone. And he walked me thru the process with patience.
Mr. Spigel was always prompt at answering any questions I had. He made sure I was informed every step of the process.
There wasn't a lot of going back and forth. I had to provide evidence of some things that had been paid off by Planet Home Lending on a previous loan but it wasn't a problem....I provided the proof and we moved on.
Arnold Davenport was most helpful from start to finish with all the obstacles which cropped up during the refinancing process ~ Arnold has a delightful and soothing manner and voice which made his answers to my questions and concerns top notch...

I liked being contacted out of the blue for such a great offer to refi.
The process was very slow. I still don’t have my funds to pay my creditors, or my money which was supposed to of been wire transferred on Tuesday, which it wasn’t because as of Thursday morning it’s still not in my account.
Very professional, extremely friendly, very confident, hardworking, and no stress or pressure.
