Sam did a good job following up. I was aware of the macro changes in the economy for interest rates, etc. but was not aware of specific offerings through the FHA program he mentioned. thankful for his contributions.

The process took longer than expected and delayed the closing by one month. Paperwork around closing cost had an error so had to be amended.
