I called to inquire about an email I had received. Spoke with Mr. Snyder. He emailed the information to me. Due to my busy schedule, I was able to review the information at my leisure. The process was ver easy start to finish.
It took me four months to close the refi because of a very poor service from the processor Rudy Hobbs was very helpful
Rudy was always available for calls from me or returned calls quickly. We also kept in communication via email. The process was low stress for me and I have no complaints. I am very impressed about how easy the entire loan process was for me....
